The difference between the KCM-00 and the KCM-25 is that the KCM-25 Silvers have a premium koa wood, the koa headstock plate (like they use on the Red and Black Labels), upgraded tuners, and a special black and silver label inside that is numbered.
KoAloha only made a total of 300 of the Silver Concerts.
