Guild D-40 Natural Acoustic Guitar
Brand new to the Guild USA line, the D-40 is the perfect guitar for musicians in search of that ultimate dreadnought sound. This beautiful instrument features a classic wood combination of a solid Sitka spruce top and solid African mahogany back and sides, providing remarkable volume, clarity, and sustain.
Crafted with Care and Precision
The D-40 also features an East Indian rosewood bridge and fingerboard, premium 20:1 open-gear tuners, and a hand-cut bone nut and saddle. Additionally, the thin satin varnish finish gives the guitar its familiar broken-in look and feel, while allowing the tone woods to reach their optimal sonic potential.

The elegant design of the Guild D-40 Natural Acoustic Guitar is completed with timeless appointments. These appointments include a vintage style rosette, tortoiseshell pickguard, white ABS binding, and Guild’s peak logo inlaid on the headstock.
Furthermore, the D-40 comes with a hand-signed, numbered certificate of authenticity, making it a truly unique and special instrument. Additionally, the guitar ships with a Guild archtop wood case with a built-in Humicase® humidification system, ensuring the guitar stays in pristine condition for years to come.
