International Orders Policy

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Depending on your country, these fees may either be collected at checkout or collected by the shipping carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or your local postal service) when the package arrives in your country.

Terry Carter Music Store does not control these fees and cannot estimate them. Please contact your local customs office for more information about possible charges before placing your order.

Duties, taxes, customs fees, and carrier fees are non-refundable.

Additional Carrier Fees

Shipping carriers may charge additional brokerage, handling, clearance, or processing fees during delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Customs Clearance & Returned Shipments

Once an international shipment reaches your country and enters customs processing, it becomes subject to your country’s import rules and regulations.

If a shipment is denied entry by customs, abandoned, returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, or otherwise refused by the customer, any fees charged to Terry Carter Music Store will be deducted from the refund. These may include return shipping charges, customs charges, carrier penalties, and other related fees.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of an international shipment and the package is returned to Terry Carter Music Store, you will be responsible for:

All return shipping costs
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges billed to us
Any carrier return or handling fees
A 30% restocking fee

These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Delays

International shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, weather, carrier issues, local postal disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Terry Carter Music Store cannot guarantee international delivery times once a package has shipped and is not responsible for carrier or customs-related delays.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges required by your country.
