Description
Walden Guitars D255 Hawthorne Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar - Satin Natural
The Walden D255 Hawthorne Dreadnought is an affordable acoustic guitar designed as a strong starting point for new players. Its classic dreadnought body delivers a big, bold sound, while the laminate spruce top pairs with basswood back and sides for a practical balance of sound, stability, and price. Traditional X-bracing supports the body, and the natural satin finish gives the guitar a clean, understated look.
Stable Neck and Practical Appointments
A standout feature of the Walden D255 Hawthorne Dreadnought is its glass-fibre reinforced mahogany neck, which works with a two-way truss rod to improve stability and resist changes caused by humidity. The Indian laurel fingerboard and bridge add a familiar playing feel, while chrome die-cast tuners provide reliable tuning control.
In addition, the Walden D255 Hawthorne Dreadnought comes fitted with D'Addario Phosphor Bronze Coated XTAPB1253 strings and features black binding with a simple single-ring rosette.
