Description
Walden Guitars F255CE Hawthorne Folk Body Acoustic-Electric Guitar - Satin Natural
The Walden F255CE is built around a shorter 24-7/8" (630mm) scale length, which lowers string tension and makes for an easier, more comfortable playing feel — especially for fingerstyle players or anyone with smaller hands or a smaller frame. The Folk body shape is more compact than a dreadnought without giving up the warmth and projection that makes an acoustic guitar satisfying to play.
The cutaway gets you up the neck, the electronics get you on stage. Add in Walden's glass-fibre reinforced neck — the same stability upgrade found across the Hawthorne 200 line — and you get a guitar that's comfortable to hold, easy to play, and durable enough to not think twice about.
Comfort-First Design, Full Plug-In Capability
A laminate spruce top and glass-fibre reinforced mahogany neck resist humidity-driven warping, while the satin natural finish keeps the look clean and timeless. Built-in electronics mean the F255CE goes straight from your living room to a coffeehouse stage without extra gear.
