Description
Takamine GY21ELH SM New Yorker (parlor-style) Left-Handed Acoustic-Electric Guitar with a solid spruce top, sapele back and sides, a mahogany neck, a rosewood fingerboard, and a Satin Molasses finish.
I've been playing guitar for over 30 years. I started as a studio musician in Los Angeles, and now I run Terry Carter Music Store and a music education platform that has taught thousands of students how to play.
Left-handed players deserve the same great guitars. A parlor-sized body changes how a guitar feels in your lap. It's compact, comfortable on a couch, easy to travel with, and it still has a midrange-friendly voice with great fundamental notes and fewer overtones than larger-bodied guitars. The Takamine GY21ELH puts that in a warm, rootsy Satin Molasses finish with a solid spruce top and TP-3G electronics for the stage.
