Description
Mérida SCAR-EQ Grand Jumbo Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar with a solid koa top, solid koa back and sides, a flamed maple neck, and a sunburst high gloss finish.
I've been playing guitar for over 30 years. I started as a studio musician in Los Angeles, and now I run Terry Carter Music Store and a music education platform that has taught thousands of students how to play.
The SCAR-EQ is a Grand Jumbo cutaway built entirely of solid koa on the top, back and sides, in a sunburst high gloss finish. Forward-shifted X bracing, a slim C flamed maple neck, a genuine bone nut and saddle, and gold tuners with ebony buttons complete it, and the Fishman ISY-201 pickup system makes it ready for the stage.
