The Kala 12-SCMH-T takes the 12th fret design and gives it a tenor voice. Moving the neck and bridge position maximizes the vibration of the solid cedar top, and on the longer tenor scale that translates into real projection and sustain — a bigger, rounder sound than the body size suggests.
Solid African mahogany back and sides fill in a punchy mid-range underneath the cedar's warmth. It is the tenor for a player who wants the classic 12th fret feel without giving up volume, and it ships with a quality gig bag so it travels with you.
