How does the suspension interior protect an OM/000 guitar?
Rather than letting the guitar rest directly on the shell, Crossrock suspends the body on 0.7 inches of high-density padding, so impacts are absorbed before they reach the top or back. Two removable padding strips let you tighten the fit around slightly smaller OM and 000 bodies. Common questions
Will the CRF2021OMWT fit my Martin OM or 000?
It's built for Martin 14-fret OM and 000 bodies, such as the 000-15M, 000-18, OM-21, and OM-28. If your guitar isn't a Martin, compare its body to the interior measurements above. The lower bout is 15.55" and the body length is 19.49", and the removable padding strips take up some slack on slightly smaller bodies.
Does it fit a 12-fret 000 or a dreadnought?
No. A 12-fret 000 has a longer body and a different neck joint, so look at the Crossrock CRF2020-00012 instead. For dreadnoughts, the Crossrock CRF2021D is the matching fiberglass case.
Is the CRF2021OMWT airline-friendly?
Yes. It has an alloy TSA lock that airport security can open and relock without breaking it, and the fiberglass shell is designed to handle the knocks of travel. As with any guitar case, check your airline's size rules before you fly.
Can I wear it as a backpack?
