Black Friday / Cyber Monday Promotions – Terms & Conditions

1. Cash Back (Issued as a Digital Gift Card)

  • “Cash Back” is issued as a digital Terry Carter Music Store gift card.
  • Digital gift cards will be emailed within 7 days after purchase.
  • Cash Back is calculated on product subtotal only (before tax, shipping, discounts, fees).
  • Shipping and tax do not count toward Cash Back eligibility.
  • Gift cards have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If a product is returned, the gift card is voided.
  • If the card was used before return, the used amount is deducted from refund.
  • Lost or deleted gift cards cannot be replaced.
  • Purchasing gift cards does not qualify for Cash Back.

2. Double Rewards Points

  • Customers earn double points during the promotion.
  • Points earned on product subtotal only.
  • Returned items cause points to be deducted.
  • Points have no cash value.

  • Click on the "Login" or "Sign In" option. This will take you to the login page.
  • On the login page, enter your registered email address and password associated with your Rewards Program account.
  • Click the "Login" or "Sign In" button.
  • If you've forgotten your password, there is an option to reset it on the login page. Follow the prompts to reset your password and gain access to your account.
  • Once logged in, you'll be able to access your account information, points balance, and manage your rewards.

  • Eligible customers receive one email containing both access links:

  • Access codes valid for 30 days.
  • Courses are not interchangeable. Examples: Cannot swap Hawaiian Ukulele Mastery for another ukulele course. Cannot swap Beginning Strumming Mastery for another guitar course.
  • Courses have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged.
  • Course access is non-transferable.

4. Storewide 10% Off

  • Applies to eligible items only.
  • Exclusions may apply (MAP, select brands, special collections).
  • Applies to product subtotal only.
  • Cannot combine discounts unless stated.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard return policy applies.
  • All promotional benefits (Cash Back, courses, double points, discounts) deducted from refund if items are returned.
  • If Cash Back card used, amount is deducted from refund.
  • Refunds cannot exceed original payment after adjustments.

6. General Promotional Terms

  • Valid only during Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotional period and while supplies last.
  • Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
  • Terry Carter Music Store may modify, limit, or cancel promotions at any time.
