Description
Takamine GD20CE NS Dreadnought Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar with a solid cedar top, okoume back and sides, a mahogany neck, an ovangkol fingerboard, and a Natural Satin finish.
I've been playing guitar for over 30 years. I started as a studio musician in Los Angeles, and now I run Terry Carter Music Store and a music education platform that has taught thousands of students how to play.
The Takamine GD20CE pairs a solid cedar top with okoume back and sides for a warm, detailed tone that suits a wide range of styles. Cedar tops tend to sound warmer and darker than spruce, which makes this dreadnought cutaway a nice alternative if you like a softer voice. The slim satin-finish mahogany neck and 12" radius ovangkol fingerboard keep it comfortable to play, and the TP-4TD preamp makes it ready for any amp or PA.
