Kanile'a KG-1 Hawaiian Koa OOO Acoustic Guitar + 12-Month Lessons is a Hawaiian-made OOO acoustic guitar built entirely from solid Hawaiian koa on the top, back and sides, with a one-piece genuine mahogany neck and an ebony fretboard, bridge and headplate. It has a 25” scale, a 1.75” nut, Kanile'a's TRG-X bracing system, a UV-cured finish, white mother-of-pearl position markers and Gotoh black locking tuners. Choose the Natural, Core or Pro Series below. It comes with 12 months of Rock Like The Pros online guitar lessons for all levels, including weekly live Zoom lessons with Terry Carter.

What is the difference between the Natural, Core and Pro KG-1?
All three are solid Hawaiian koa with the same OOO body, mahogany neck, ebony fretboard and TRG-X bracing. The Natural uses Select Grade koa with a UV natural finish. The Core uses Deluxe Grade koa with a UV gloss or silk finish. The Pro uses Premium Grade koa and adds an oval side sound port and TRU-Reduction soundboard etching.
Is the Kanile'a KG-1 solid wood?
Yes. Kanile'a builds the KG-1 from solid tonewoods, with solid Hawaiian koa on the top, back and sides.
