The Flight PBR Mini Bass is certainly small, but don’t let its size fool you, because this beast packs a punch. Given that it features a stunning poplar burl top and a solid mahogany body, it not only looks stylish but also delivers deep, rich tones.
In addition, the roasted maple neck and rosewood fretboard provide smooth playability, so every note feels effortless. Compared to other mini basses, this one offers a 23-inch scale length and 22 frets, and as a result, it gives you incredible control and comfort.
Pro-Level Sound in a Compact Size
Because the Flight PBR Mini Bass is loaded with two Alnico 5 P-style pickups in a staggered formation, it produces a powerful, well-balanced sound. Likewise, the closed-geared bass tuners ensure stable tuning, and then the hardtail fixed bridge keeps your notes ringing out strong.
Furthermore, the artificial bone nut and metal strings (.045-.105 gauge) enhance both clarity and sustain, making this bass feel like a full-sized instrument. Finally, it even includes a Flight gig bag, so you can hit the stage or studio as soon as it arrives.
