Common questions
Do you need to know music to play the Enya Cyber-G ChouChou Special Edition?
No. The Enya Cyber-G ChouChou Special Edition uses Enya's Follow the Light system: the chord pads light up to show what to press, and Smart Chord Backing fills in chords, drums and bass while you play the melody on the keyboard.
Does the Enya Cyber-G ChouChou Special Edition have strings?
No. The Enya Cyber-G ChouChou Special Edition is a stringless digital smart guitar: you press light-up chord pads on the neck and play melodies on the luminous keyboard on the body, so it never needs tuning.
Can the Enya Cyber-G ChouChou Special Edition plug into an amp or record?
Yes. The Enya Cyber-G ChouChou Special Edition has 6.35mm TS and 3.5mm TRS outputs plus a USB Type-C port that supports OTG recording. Its built-in 10W tweeter and 20W woofer also let it play with no amp at all.

What is the difference between the Enya Cyber-G ChouChou Special Edition and the Enya Cyber-G String Model?
The Enya Cyber-G ChouChou Special Edition has a luminous keyboard on the body for melodies and solos, while the Enya Cyber-G String Model has a strummable string module and a soft-touch silicone fretboard for a real strumming feel. Enya lists the same body size, speaker, battery and outputs for both.
Who is the Enya Cyber-G ChouChou Special Edition for?
The Enya Cyber-G ChouChou Special Edition suits beginners, singers who want to accompany themselves and keyboard players who want a guitar-style instrument, because it needs no music background to start. Its detachable neck and protective bag make it an easy travel instrument, and it plugs into an amp or PA for gigs, open mics and recording.
