I got the Kanilea Premium Guitarlele GL6 from Kanilea at the NAMM show in Jan. 2020. The NAMM show is the premiere music industry show in the world and manufactures bring their best of the best to show off to the world.
Kanilea did not disappoint. As soon as I saw this masterpiece at their booth I immediately put my claim on it.
The only reason I believe this is still available is because I have forgotten to publish this page. But here it is and it won't last long.
Since Kanilea is shut down due to the COVID19 Pandemic there is no timeline of when any further instruments and guitarleles will be available from them.

The Kanile GL6 is the perfect step down instrument for the guitar player delving into the world of `ukulele. It has a 6-string 6-course set up on a fingerboard with a two-inch nut width. Tuning is A to A, as if you’ve dropped your capo on the 5th fret of your full size guitar. A beautiful rich tone is achieved with the super tenor deep body build and the exclusive Kanile`a string set specific to the GL6 20″ scale length.
This Kanilea Guitarlele GL6 already has a Kanilea Pickup installed.

* CUSTOM SETUP - Each Kanilea comes with a factory setup BUT I strongly recommend adding a setup especially if you want the easiest playability, have arthritis, or are particular about your setups and want a low action (how close the strings are to the fretboard) please click the "ADD Custom Setup" on this page.
* REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY - I cannot stress how important a humidifier is and I HIGHLY encourage you to get one. No matter where you live humidifiers not only protect your investment but also help the warranty process go smoother because you have taken the steps to ensure the safety and protection of your ukulele. If you ever have to file a claim with Kanilea the first question they will ask if you have a humidifier.
