Enchanting Rosewood Beauty with Enhanced Sound
Like other Flight Royal Series models since 2020, the Nighthawk version features an elegant, chocolatey Rosewood fingerboard and bridge. Historically, Rosewood, a cherished hardwood for stringed instruments, imparts warmth to the tone and mitigates sharp high frequencies.

Next, the Nighthawk features a rosewood bridge, a genuine bone nut, and a compensated saddle, ensuring precise intonation. Its pin bridge system maintains string alignment, efficiently transmitting vibrations to the spruce soundboard.
We selected Worth Browns for a well-balanced tone, blending clarity and warmth, a perfect match for the ukulele. To elevate its appearance, we introduced a chic dark burst, our unique "moonburst," a modern take on the traditional sunburst finish.
Pearloid Rosette, Blue Cutaway, and Expert Craftsmanship
The ukulele exudes elegance with a striking pearloid rosette and vibrant blue cutaway and binding. Flight's logo sparkles in pearloid blue. Unique square, off-set fret markers lend a contemporary flair. This ukulele demands attention, far from reserved.
Incorporating the beloved scalloped cutaway from the Spirit, Mustang, and Victoria models was a purposeful decision. This clever design improves fret access without compromising volume or tone, a common concern with full cutaways. It also showcases our luthiers' exceptional craftsmanship and expertise.
Enhanced Sound and Sleek Design
Active pickup controls are located beneath the sound hole, avoiding the necessity for side cavities. Ukulele models with active pickups feature an "A" in their designation. The distinctive headstock is simultaneously bold and inventive, injecting a fresh element into the conventional slotted headstock style. Its rounded and lightweight design sets it apart.
Flight's Royal series of ukuleles come with a lavish red gig bag with a subtle touch of purple, adding to the regal aesthetic of the series. The 20mm padding offers superb protection for your ukulele.
