Pono brings us their new solid mango pineapple tenor. Rich, sweet sound from renewable timber. The timber used in making these instruments is from the same trees that produce the mango fruit.
More mids and lows from the pineapple-shaped body. Tonally, many people compare the sound of mango with koa. Each mango ukulele is visually different but all attest to their beauty. Pono Tenor Ukuleles come with an adjustable truss rod for easy action adjustment.
Solid Mango is an incredible wood that sounds as amazing as it looks. Of all the woods, Mango is the warmest and most tonally balanced.
The Deluxe means higher select mango wood and gloss finish.
